Gateway Rehab is proud to serve individuals prescribed methadone in our residential treatment programs thanks to two strong partnerships with local providers:

• Beaver Falls, Center Twp., & Waynesburg – Pinnacle Treatment Center
• Mount Pleasant – RHJ Medical Center

Our medical and clinical teams work closely with the teams at Pinnacle and RHJ to safely and responsibly care for patients in need of withdrawal management and residential treatment services without disruption to their methadone medication assisted recovery.

Those interested in this option should discuss the necessary paperwork with GRC’s team when receiving an initial assessment. Some examples include:

• Guest Dosing Approval from Your Current Methadone Provider 
• Photo ID and Insurance Card
• Consent for Pinnacle Treatment Center (Provided During the Intake Process)
