Gateway Rehabilitation Center offers a wide spectrum of treatment for alcohol and other drug addictions. We are have four divisions and 20+ locations throughout Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Gateway Rehab’s four divisions include:
- Genesis, which encompasses detoxification inpatient and outpatient treatment. The Genesis Division is accredited by the Joint Commission.
- Extended Care, which includes two halfway houses for men and a house for male adolescents, ages 13-20
- Corrections, which provides treatment for those who have experienced legal difficulties as a result of their abuse of alcohol and other drugs
- Ohio Division, which consists of Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic, a subsidiary of Gateway Rehabilitation Center. NKRC is accredited by the Joint Commission.

If you have a concern about the safety or quality of care provided at any Gateway Genesis treatement location, please contact the clinical manager or program director responsible for the Gensis location. A Gateway staff member will assist you in contacting the management staff.
If your concerns are not resolved through the organization, you may report these concerns to the Joint Commission. You can report unresolved concerns to the Joint Commission by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
