Gateway Rehab to Host Mini-Conference on Combating Addictive Eating Habits

PITTSBURGH – It’s now the time of year where there is a plethora of delicious food --from turkey and savory stuffing to pumpkin pie and cookies. The amount of food available around holidays like Thanksgiving seems to be unlimited. How does one set boundaries and learn how to curb compulsive eating habits?

Gateway Rehabiliation Center will be hosting, “Managing Compulsive Eating During the Holidays,”a free mini-conference from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, November 16 at Gateway Rehab Center, 100 Moffett Run Road, Aliquippa, Pa. The keynote presenter on the topic of managing compulsive eating habits will be licensed clinical social worker, Elizabeth Babcock, MSW, BCD.
