Gateway is committed to providing safe and quality treatment services for patients.

If you have a concern about the safety or quality of care provided at any Gateway Genesis treatment location, please contact the clinical manager or program director responsible for the Genesis location.    A Gateway staff member will assist you in contacting the management staff.  

If your concerns are not resolved through the organization, you may report these concerns to the Joint Commission.  You can report unresolved concerns to the Joint Commission by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
